IMPORTANT NOTE
1. How to fix the lid when it don't stay on? If the rubber ring slides off the lid, the lid may not stay on. Please gently remove the rubber ring and re-install its proper ridge.
2.Tumbler utilizes a double wall stainless steel vacuum design and couple with a clear open-cutout lid and straw. Due to the open-cutout design, the insulation may vary, and depends on the condition of the environment and the liquid you pour into the cup.

1.What's your MOQ?
R: Usually our MOQ is 50pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order, which will vary from your custom requirements.
2.Can you accept OEM or ODM?
R: Yes, OEM and ODM are welcome. We are fully capable of customizing any design, shape and size according to the specific requirements of you.
3.Can I get sample?
R: Of course, we usually provide exiting sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge will be refunded when your order is up to certain quantity.
4.How long is the sample lead time?
R: For existing samples, 3-7 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to you designs whether you need new printing screen, etc. In any case, we will respond quickly to your request.
5.How long is the production lead time?
R: The minimum order quantity takes 10-15 days. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
6.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
R: We have our own design team. Therefore, you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF etc.
7.How many colors are available?
R: PSM colors. Tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors before production. Or we can recommend some popular colors for you if you need.
